Head chef Brad Ryan (McClements - Michelin Star, Penks) and Sous Chef Mel Mountfield (St. Johns, 15 - Jamie Oliver) prepare everything fresh on the premises from the wildboar sausage to the bread & hummus. The menu is modern British with a classic European influence and is updated daily depending on seasonality and just what looks good on the day. If you have a group booking and wish to have your own set menu we can cater for most needs from suckling pig to an all vegetarien selection.
